HOW TO ENTER: Log on to [URL] and click on the icon entitled “CLAIM MY REBATE NOW” and follow the on-screen entry instructions, including submission of an energy bill for the entrant. Fill in all required information. Each entity may enter only once; no more than one entry submitted on behalf of one entity will be accepted; and each entry on behalf of an entrant must be completed by a manager, director, officer, or other agent or representative with express authority to complete the entry instructions on behalf of such entrant. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. By completing the entry instructions, each entrant (a) represents and warrants that all information provided in the entry instructions is true, complete, and correct in all respects and do not contain any untrue statements of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the entry instructions not misleading; and (b) agrees to provide the Company (as defined below) access to the entrant’s facilities to confirm the information submitted in the entry instructions, provided, however, that any such access shall be conducted during normal business hours, upon advanced written notice to the entrant, and in such a manner as to not materially disrupt or negatively impact the business or operations of entrant.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to businesses located in the state of Illinois, except for entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with or by GreenBee, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (the “Company”) or any members, managers, employees, representatives, or agents of the Company. REBATE: Upon completion of the entry instructions pursuant to Section 1, the Company will deliver, as soon as reasonably practicable, a [Rebate Plan] establishing potential rebate opportunities for the entrant. To the extent such Rebate Plan establishes potential rebate opportunities of less than $1,000.00, the Company will pay the entrant, via check sent to the address set forth in the entry instructions, an amount equal to $100.00 (the “Guarantee Payment”). By submitting the entry instructions pursuant to Section 1, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Company, which shall be final in all matters. . All federal and state laws apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By submitting the entry instructions pursuant to Section 1, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Company harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Rebate Guarantee Program (the “Program”) or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Guarantee Payment. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The Company will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive a Guarantee Payment notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Program; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Program; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of this Program, or announcement of the Guarantee Payment. If, in the Company’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the entry instructions or the Program, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Program, the Company reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Program in a manner deemed appropriate by the Company.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Program and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Program and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in or having jurisdiction over DuPage County, Illinois.
